Doing a 24ish hour fast today - breaking it with a veggie platter with sesame/peanut sauce and broth. (aka HOT POT!)

Kind of inconvenient, because I break it up into two parts. But at least it gives my heel and tendon some time to recuperate from the constant squatting.
That means I nastily sweat twice…but it will have to do for now!
Day 18 done, bro!
I haven’t been able to do Day 18, 19, and 20 of the 30-day shred because of my plantar fasciitis. I am so frustrated. I think I will try to push through the work out today and then ice up and see how I feel tomorrow for Day 19.
It’s annoying because I got to the point where the workout was pretty easy, and then I couldn’t put weight on my foot the next morning.
So I finished Day 17 of the 30-Day Shred. I’ve lost a total of 2.6lbs, and my arms are a little less flabby….so is the rest of me.
Squat thrusts ain’t got nothin’ on me! :]
my body seems content to chill around 135/136….as does my motivation.
how irritating. whatever - at least i’m tan!
leaving for china in 5 days i’m excited to teach abroad and be a traveling nomad. eeeee! i’m definitely hitting australia up to try my hand at surfing at some point while i’m over in that hemisphere….
got the belly button pierced and i love it.

i did, however, manage to injure my ankle in one of my two soccer games last night…so i’m on crutches atm - i think it’s sprained… but hopefully the swelling will go down asap so i don’t have to take much time off cardio! besides, we won both games so it was worth it.
i’m fighting temptations to weigh myself…the numbers stress me out too much! so i’m trying to track my intake instead of relying on the scale…
doing well so far…except for dinner at my grandma’s house last night. she specifically made gluten-free bread for me and put it on my plate lol, so i felt bad not eating it. which was really annoying, but very thoughtful of her and i didn’t want to offend. so I came home and worked out for 20 additional minutes.
my weight is hovering around 135/136 at the moment - thank you 10 days of being indifferent to weight loss. but at least i am motivated again now! [[I just want to be under 130. omigosh]]
still riding the success train lol -i have been feeling a little fatigued and irritable (pms-ing??)…but i enjoy not feeling hungry. =D
anyways lots of exercise today between running, busting my butt at work, running around with the dog (oh border collie mixes…), and a soccer game. gahh i just want to be at my ugw tomorrow. but until then, i’ll keep persevering…. =]
was also a success - it was a little bit harder as i was with friends while they were eating tacos and chocolate reese’s lol. but i just kept reminding myself that they already have abs and toned bodies, and then it was much easier to say “no thanks!”
i didn’t have a chance to exercise other than walking the dog, so i tacked on a quick run to my schedule this morning which will be in addition to my soccer game tonight.
